MAX SLICKER

Max graduated with his Bachelors of Environmental Design in 1999 and received his Masters of Architecture with a specialization in Health Care in 2002 from Texas A&M University. Max began working in the field of architecture while he was attending A&M during his undergraduate studies and continued working full time for a local architect in Bryan during his masters degree. After graduation in December of 2002, he went to work for RTKL, a large international architectural firm in Dallas. He quickly realized that Tyler was “home” and he and his wife moved back to be closer to family where he joined with another local architectural firm.

In the summer of 2006, Max earned his license to practice architecture in the State of Texas and his NCARB certificate which would allow him to apply for and receive additional licenses to practice architecture in multiple states throughout the United States.

On January 1, 2008 Max started his own architectural practice and after a successful ten years in business he partnered with Todd Colvin to create SC Architecture.

Max has completed a wide assortment of projects in East Texas as well as multiple other states. His diverse professional background and project experience includes medical and dental facilities, churches, educational, civic, retail, restaurants, industrial and residential.
